What are our interest rates and loan terms?

Loan rates range between 8% -12% . Loan terms are 12-60 months.

What are our the loan types?

Most loans are interest only. A fixed interest rate is paid throughout the

term and full balance due upon maturity. For example, a $100,000 loan for 12 month at a  9% rate,

will yield 12 monthly payments of $750 and a final payment of $100,000.

What happens if I sell the property or prepay the loan before maturity?

Majority of our loans have no prepayment penalty after one year.
